Armonia Resource focuses on a hassle-free and transparent process for all our valued clients. The guidelines below outline the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for services provided by Armonia Resources. Our agreement is based on trust, sincerity, and security, with all terms clearly and transparently defined.

Terms and Conditions of Refund

I. Armonia Resource Policy

• The total invoice amount includes GST and the Armonia Resource consultation fee.
• The GST paid on the bill or consultation is non-refundable at any stage as it is deposited with government authorities.
• Refunds are calculated only on the Armonia Resource refundable invoice amount (consultation fee excluding tax).
• Refund percentages apply only if the full visa service fee is paid. Partial payments are not eligible.

II. Terms and Conditions of Refund

To claim a refund, the client may check the following limited conditions:

• 75% of consultation charges (excluding tax) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refundable after nine months.
• 100% refund is applicable only if Armonia Resource fails to provide interview or visa assistance services.
• Refund percentages apply only when the full service fee is paid without any balance.
• GST (18%) is non-refundable at any stage.

III. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 60 working days after submitting the Refund Claim Form.
• Payment receipt must be attached with the refund request.

IV. Cases Where No Refund Will Be Paid

• If the applicant is not selected for interviews.
• Failure to clear medical examinations.
• Failure to provide valid police clearance certificate.
• Submission of forged or false documents.
• Previous visa or immigration law violations.
• Delay in submitting required documents.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal

• No refund will be issued if the client withdraws or abandons the application.
• Armonia Resource is a private company and does not guarantee visa approval.
• All decisions regarding visas are made by respective government authorities.
• Clients take independent decisions without pressure from the company.
